For those who are regular readers of the Midsouth Sentinel I apologize for the lack of content.
I am kind of in transition. I have been kind of lost on what my purpose here is and I have been praying and reading (several books : Mike Cernovich's Gorilla Mindset & Scott Adam's How To Fail at Everything and Still Win Big) and seeking wisdom to figure out what I want to do here to help Make America Great Again.
I started this blog as a way to recap the local political climate in a way that might stir up civic engagement at our Commissioner/Council meetings because I know what most people don't. The people have ALL the power at the local level of government. You want to change the federal level well you need to change the local level 1st.
All that needs happen is for people to engage and push back. That's why I started Keeping Up With The Kommissioners/ Keeping Up With The Kouncilmen. Search those titles to get a taste of what that was all about. It was fun for a while, but when the council/commission chambers are just as empty of citizens attending as when I started several years ago, it's time to reflect.
A handful of citizens can effect whatever issue they take on . We have proven it. Even going against the AFL-CIO to the tune of hundreds of thousands of dollars, a handful of citizens can win. But, a handful of citizens cannot take back a county/city. You need a couple hundred. I had hoped when people read about these meetings they would see the value, the entertainment (this reality tv is more fun than watching TV, but I digress), the power that so few people can have would inspire more people to engage.
It didn't. I do understand I'm whining here so humor me just a little. I know in the bio it says we are a collection of writers but that collection is just me.
And while I have boundless energy to do things that are working, I don't have boundless energy to do what isn't working. I have become discouraged by the lack of engagement I could inspire by capturing these meetings in a funny and entertaining (hopefully) way. Now, I don't fault you out there as much as I fault myself.
I still have this goal of getting people to realize if you want to change the direction of your country it starts with you/us. So, I am going to keep this blog and post whenever I feel the need but I'm starting a new blog in the hopes of building up a following that not only reads, but acts. I have a goal to become impossible to ignore (a book you should read by the way) so that I can help build an army of David's willing to be a part of the 3% that will help change the direction the country has been going in.
Hopefully one day I can revisit the goal of activating local citizens to take back their county/city. I will still cover the meetings I can until then. Stay tuned on that...
So on to my next venture. I am going to start a new blog called The Covfefe File. The goal is to enlighten/educate citizens to the most important issues of the day and give instructions on what they can do to help push back against the progressive train.
I already have the domain but I haven't published it yet. I hope to have it up by the end of this week so check back here and I will post a link to it but it will be The CovfefeFile.com. I will have frequent posts about what to focus on and what not to get sidetracked by and how you can help Make America Great again. I will be doing Pericsopes to help reinforce what I am trying to highlight and becoming more interactive with my audience so I can help grow this audience into a group that will be impossible to ignore.
Like President Trump said, the main stream media is an enemy of the people, so we must become the media.
I have watched people I admire do just that like... There are many others but these guys I read religiously because they are leading by example and inspiring others to do the same. I'm not trying to be like them, I'm trying to reinforce momentum the New Right's/New Media's direction is leading us in. The New Right is in the beginning stages and needs a lot more leaders. I want to be one of those leaders and focus on the stories that I think are most important and help our side stop being distracted by the stories deep state is trying to distract us with.
George Washington's motto was Deeds, not words. I'm twisting that a bit to Words and Deeds... which
will Make America Great Again....
